OUR FOUNDER
Wendy D. Oliver is a Senior Project Manager with over 25 years of experience in technology, process improvement, data analysis, and project management. She holds a Master of Education in Curriculum & Instruction with a focus in Instructional Technology and a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Information & Operations Management. With experience in the multiple industries, Wendy is a certified by the Project Management Institute (PMI) as a Project Management Professional® (PMP), an Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)®, and an Authorized Training Partner (PMI-ATP)®.
OUR HISTORY
Our team has managed, participated, or consulted on projects for the U.S. Army, Fortune 100 companies, Oil & Gas corporations, eight of the top ten school districts in the United States, non-profit organizations, corporations, and educational institutions throughout the United States. As an expert in both Agile and Predictive (Waterfall) project management methodologies, our team manages large project teams and produces high-quality deliverables that meet or exceed customer expectations in scope, schedule, and cost targets.
